It’s been over four decades since the initial release of the original Star Wars movie, A New Hope; the movie that changed perspective of “sci-fi” forever, in a galaxy far, far away.
If you’re really looking to maximize your blood-pressure, watching the trailer, don’t forget to put your headphones on, and enable the Dolby feature on your phone or computer.
Rey’s back. With all the force.
“We’ve passed on all we know. A thousand generations live in you now, but this is your fight.” as you hear Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) saying these words, a spaceship flies towards Rey (Daisy Ridley). Turning the light saber on, she turns back, facing away from the interceptor. Ray runs till the ship, which is not shooting at her, has almost got her. Then she jumps high up, backflipping onto the ship.
A new droid!
D-O, was debuted on Star Wars Celebration Chicago, as we got to see him for a very short moment in the trailer, alongside his friend C-3PO, and it’s fascinating to know the fans are already loving it even though it’s not clear what the story of the adorable, reading-lamp-looking droid is in the movie.
The film will be released later this year, on Dec. 20, as a Christmas movie.
